The administrative office serves as the support umbrella to several programs that are utilized by the community including: Family Planning (FP), Breast & Cervical Cancer Services (BCCS), Health Education Services Project (HESP), Primary Health Care (PHC), Natural Family Planning & Fertility Center and Immunizations Project throughout South Texas. This organization (STFPHC) is proud to serve over 16 thousand unduplicated persons each year!

The main office administers 7 full-service Family Planning/Men's Health Centers/Primary Health Care/Breast & Cervical Cancer Clinic/Mobile Health Unit, 3 Natural Family Planning & Fertility Centers, and 1 Health Education Services Project. We are also a Texas Infertility Prevention Project site, a Healthy Weight Project site, and an HIV Integration Services Site. Over 46 employees work with the agency to bring high quality care and help fulfill the mission, vision, and philosophy of this non-profit organization.
